Intellectual property
Photos and videos published on this site belong to ESSEC Moments and/or their authors. Downloads are for the personal use of the people they show; no commercial reuse or redistribution is allowed without our prior written permission.
Image rights
Students must have completed the association’s photo-consent form before creating an account. Anyone who appears in a photo or video can ask for it to be removed using the removal form on the Contact page. A removed photo disappears from the site, but we cannot recall copies that were already downloaded.
Personal data
See our Privacy policy for what we collect and why. We aim to comply with Morocco’s Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data and with the requirements of the CNDP, and with the GDPR for EU residents where applicable.
Accounts and acceptable use
Student and association accounts are personal; credentials must not be shared outside the association. Automated scraping or bulk downloading of the site is not permitted.
Liability
ESSEC Moments provides this site on a best-effort, non-commercial basis and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version.
